HOW YOU EARN PARTICIPATORY and SELF-STUDY NEW YORK CLE CREDITS WITH THIS PROGRAM
You can use this interactive computer-based program to earn both participatory (i.e., seminar attendance) credits and self-study credits. For further details, click here to see the General Instructions section which will provide more detailed information on earning MCLE credits.
PARTICIPATORY ("SEMINAR ATTENDANCE") MCLE CREDITS:
You can earn participatory (i.e., seminar attendance) New York MCLE credits, up to a total of 17.1 hours with this program. The first step is to print out your Official Participatory Record and designate a proctor to monitor your participatory activities as our provider's agent. SELF-STUDY (SELF ASSESSMENT TEST) MCLE CREDITS:
You can earn up to a total of 8.5 hours of self-study MCLE credits with this program. This includes taking up to 5 open book self-assessment tests included with this program, then submitting the tests to us. Further details are provided in the General Instructions section. The California MCLE rules give self-study credit for self-assessment tests based on the time spent taking the tests and reviewing your scored answers and the provider's model answers, NOT for the time spent in the activities upon which the self-assessment tests are based. For that reason, you can receive both participatory credits for the materials, and self-study credits for taking the self-assessment tests on the same material.
