C.C.I.'s Institute for Continuing Legal Education is a California State Bar approved MCLE provider (Provider Number 4932). This activity is approved for a total of 25.6 possible hours of MCLE (New York 50-minute hour basis). To obtain participatory (i.e., “seminar attendance”) credit, you will need a proctor to act as your "provider’s agent" to certify your participation on your official record of participatory MCLE activity. Quick Start Instructions: This program provides a maximum possible total of 25.6 hours (New York 50-minute hours) of California Bar approved MCLE activities; New York rules allow you to carry forward up to 6 hours of MCLE credits in excess of 24 hours to your next biennial compliance period. California is a New York approved jurisdiction, therefore CLE hours earned in a California Bar approved CLE program qualify for New York MCLE credit-hours.
If you need LESS than 24 hours of MCLE credits, simply participate in the number of hours you need for this reporting period, and save the rest for your next biennial compliance period!
Before you begin your "Participatory" activities, print out your Official Participatory MCLE Record (see Menu Item 23 above) as both you and your proctoring "provider's agent" will need to certify your participatory MCLE activities on it.
